We use our own van drivers, please feel free to let him know if there is a problem with your order when it arrives.

Why did we bring in the carriage contribution?
Well......... at theAPgroup we have been working hard to reduce our carbon footprint wherever we possibly can!
Our hope is that by bringing in the miniumum order value it will encourage our customers into a more cost-effective ordering process.
We have updated our company fleet to electric vehicles and now complete in excess of 90% of our deliveries through this green and renewable method.
Our new warehouse is under construction and with this comes the installation of solar panels to further enhance the minimal impact on our planet.
Our delivery service doesn’t only reduce our carbon footprint and supports our aim to achieve net zero emissions in the medium term but by default also supports your business in reducing your own carbon impact.

Returns for damaged goods should be notified within two working days.
Shortages must be reported withing 24 hours of delivery.
There are no returns on 'special order' items, for other orders returns will be fully credited as long as they are available for collection with the original packaging.
